
Action Over Anxiety is a 7-day transformational Bootcamp. Anxiety is normal but it can cause physical symptoms that can interfere with daily activities. This 7-day program incorporates mind-body approaches and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). CBT teaches you to challenge and reframe distorted or unhelpful anxious thinking because thoughts influence feelings and actions. Mind-body approaches such as deep breathing, meditation, and mindfulness can promote calmness.
